Who We Are

Sable Social was built for brands that want more than just a content calendar. Sable is a descriptive word for a rich dark brown or pitch black color. When I think of a white canvas, I think of a blank space. When I think of a black canvas, I think of a foundation.

That's the idea behind Sable Social. The brands we work with aren't starting from scratch. They already have something worth building on. A story. A reputation. A loyal customer. A vision for where they're going next.

We're drawn to businesses that care deeply about what they do and the experience they create for the people they serve. The restaurants people recommend to their friends. The hotels they return to year after year. The businesses that understand details and service matter. At Sable Social, we believe marketing should reflect the same level of care.

Founder & Creative Director

Hi, I'm Claire.

I've always been fascinated by what makes people choose one brand over another and what keeps them coming back.

I think part of that comes from my own experience growing up. As a quarter Japanese child in Houston, I often felt caught between two worlds. Over time, I came to appreciate that perspective. It taught me to pay attention to people, to listen more closely, and to recognize that what makes someone different is often what makes them memorable. I've found that the strongest brands operate the same way. They embrace what makes them unique rather than trying to blend in.

I've always been a storyteller at heart. As a kid, I spent hours writing stories I hoped would be published books one day, documenting memories through the lens of a gopro, and dreaming up ideas that were probably a little too ambitious for my age. Looking back, it's no surprise that I found my way into marketing.

What started as an interest quickly became a career. Over the next several years post-grad, I was fortunate to wear many hats: leading strategy, directing creative, managing client relationships, and guiding teams across a diverse portfolio of brands.

I'm so glad you're here!

When I'm not working, you'll find me training for the New York Marathon, playing with my Doberman, Mochi, planning my next trip, or spending time with friends & family.
